#1: Hi everybody! Welcome to AMS132! See you all at 4:00pm at Merrill Acad 102. Today we will review the Syllabus and introduce statistical inference (see class material #1).

#4: Homework 1 and the slides about conjugate prior distributions have been posted!

#5: Time for finishing homework 1 has been extended for Monday January 29, before 12:00 pm.

#7: Since Exam 1 is next Monday, I'll have AN EXTRA office hour on Friday, February 2, from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm, at my office BE 357B. 

#8: The material that will be cover in Exam 1 are sections 7.1 to 7.6 from the textbook.

#9: Homework #2 is due on Friday, February 2. Return it during the last 10 min of class.

#10: Hi everybody! The grades of Homework 1 have been published through canvas. The mean was 27.3 points, the median 29 points and the standard deviation 10.6. The total score was 45.
